Dosage: 用量﹕ | For decoction: 4.5 g to 9 g. Or use in powder form. If using in decoction do not boil for long time. It should be put into the pot during the later stage of decocting. Boiling over 20 minutes will weaken its effectiveness in the lowering blood pressure in liver yang ascending syndrome. It is advisable write down in prescription that the herb should be put in last and cook during the last 15 minutes. 煎湯:1.5～3錢；或入散劑。入湯劑 不宜久煎,宜 後下。如 煮沸20分鐘以上，其治肝陽 上亢 降壓效能顯著减弱，故忌久煎。處方時應該註明後下。再煮15分鐘即可起鍋。 |
