微黄色粉末，能溶于水

1. anti-tumor: fucoidans inhibit the heparinase of cancer cells and  inhibits secretion of growth factors of cancer cells. These growth factors are attached to the sulfated heparin. Fucoidans also have strong attraction to some of those growth factors and prevent them to return to the combining to the cancer cells. The cancer cells that have combined with fucoidans become mal-nourished and  the reproduction function of the cancer cells will become weakened and exhausted.
